Network Modernization Program Management

This demo is based on the intake and tracking framework I designed for network modernization work. The main challenge was not just collecting requests. It was making sure requests were worth doing, comparable to one another, and structured well enough to move from backlog to delivery without chaos. Each item needed a business case, then sprint-level prioritization, then a breakdown into platform-specific delivery steps. I built the intake model and served as the technical reference for Fault Management and Performance Management integration work across multiple platforms.
