Monitoring Platform Transformation

This visualization is based on a monitoring platform migration that had to move in a controlled way across 25 different teams. Each team owned its own hosts, services, and dashboards, so the work was not just technical. It also required careful sequencing and a lot of coordination. The flow for each team was Discovery, Configure, Validate, and Cutover, with no one moving forward until the previous step was signed off. The scripts handled the mechanical work, but a big part of the job was keeping progress visible, dealing with failures, and helping stakeholders know where they stood.
